Appeals

Whether you win or lose in the trial court you may find yourself in need of an Appellate Attorney.  Appeals are a unique area of law, involving a unique skillset.  If you lose in the trial court, there may be issues that make your case ripe for reversal in a higher court.  You need to contact an attorney as soon as you get a decision as there are serious time restrictions on when you can appeal.
