Ohio Enacting Strict Teen Driving Laws

Beginning in July, drivers under the age of 18 will only be elligble for a probationary license. That license will restrict when teens can drive, will ban the use of mobile devices while driving, will require all passengers to wear seat belts and will ban drivers from having more than one non-family member in the car at a time.
