Ohio Enacting Strict Teen Driving Laws

Beginning in July, drivers under the age of 18 will only be elligble for a probationary license. That license will restrict when teens can drive, will ban the use of mobile devices while driving, will require all passengers to wear seat belts and will ban drivers from having more than one non-family member in the car at a time. This probationary license will be in effect for the first 12 months for any newly licensed driver under the age of 18. For more see this article by Kevin Landers.
