Ohio Supreme Court Rules Juvenile has Right to Counsel in All Stages of Proceeding.

The Ohio Supreme Court held that a juvenile must waive his right to an attorney before that charge can be used against him at a later proceeding. Specifically in this case the Court would not allow a Juvenile OVI conviction to be used to enhance a later adult OVI conviction.
